Please remember you will need to bring along a signed LSC Health Form from the website. You will need this form to be able to attend the meeting. We will have someone outside of the meeting room collecting your health form, taking your temperature and putting a wristband on your arm. We will be capping the limit of participants for the meeting.

Don't forget that you will also need to wear a mask to enter.

There will be a cash bar available in the meeting room.
